Back — from the base of the collar to the base of the tail.

Sizes run S, M and L. Frenchies, pugs, Bostons and English bulldogs are deep-chested, so they usually need to size up. If you're between sizes, size up.

Within 30 days of delivery, message us through the contact page with your order number and your dog's chest and back measurements. We'll send the right size at no cost. Keep or donate the first coat, no need to send it back.

Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. Message us first for the return address. Return shipping is on you, and we refund your card as soon as it arrives.

Arrived damaged or defective? Let us know within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, free.

We process orders within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes up to 30 days after that. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. It's a wait — we'd rather tell you that up front than have you watching the door on day nine.
