Shipping is free on every order. Every size, every time - no minimum, no "free over $49," no math.
Orders take 1–3 business days to process and up to 30 days to arrive. You'll get tracking in your inbox the moment yours leaves.
We ship anywhere in the United States. Not overseas yet.
The Rainy Season Guarantee
Thirty days. Take it out in the rain.
You can't size a Frenchie off a screen - broad chest, short back, neck like a fire hydrant. So don't try. Buy the coat, put it on your dog, and go walk in real weather. Not a careful lap of the living room.
Wrong size? Message us through the contact page with your order number, plus your dog's chest at its widest point and back from collar to tail. We'll send the right size free. Keep the first one or pass it on to a rescue.
Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item. Message us first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is on you, and we refund your original payment once it reaches us. No restocking fee.
Arrived damaged or defective? Send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full, free.
